Portobello Town Hall

Right in the heart of Portobello, the newly refurbished town hall is the perfect location for our monthly makers markets.

With space for up to 45 makers, alongside outdoor traders offering coffee and other seasonal treats. Both the Upper Hall and stage are also available for creative workshops, choirs and additional seasonal activities, bringing even more to the Makers Market!

Set-up & Pack-down

Set-up starts 60 minutes before the market opens.
All traders must arrive at least 30 minutes before opening. Late arrivals will not be permitted to trade.
Pack-down must be completed within 1 hour after the market closes.
Access is via the main entrance, with step-free access available via the side door and ramp to the left of the main entrance steps.
Please do not enter the building until the Support The Makers team has opened the doors and given the all-clear, even if the building is already open.
Parking: There is no onsite parking, and nearby street parking can be limited. We strongly recommend planning ahead, checking local parking restrictions and exploring available options using apps such as RingGo. Please allow plenty of time to park before the market.

Lind & Lime

Lind & Lime Gin Distillery in Leith. With space for up to 30 makers, alongside outdoor traders offering coffee and other seasonal treats. With additional space available for creative workshops, bringing even more to the Makers Market.

The Barn - Archerfield

Archerfield Estate, North Berwick, EH39 5HQ

The Barn is a fantastic location on site of the Walled Garden at Archerfield Estate, with space for up to 20 makers at this market location. With space outside for seasonal additions and choirs, bringing even more to the Makers Market!

The Haddington Corn Exchange in the heart of the market town of Haddington, East Lothian. With space for up to 45 makers, alongside full bar, and the back available for creative workshops, choirs and additional seasonal activities, bringing even more to the Makers Market!

Access is via the back entrance at parking or main entrance, with step-free access available.

Parking - There is parking behind Haddington Corn Exchange, however spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
