Creative Workshop at Haddington Corn Exchange with Woodland Wreaths & Plants
Learn to make your own living wreath, straight from the moss up. After a completely sold-out run last year, Woodland Wreaths & Plants are thrilled to be bringing this workshop to Haddington Corn Exchange for the first time, right in the middle of the Haddington Corn Exchange Makers Market.
Don’t worry if you’ve never made a wreath before - you’ll be guided through the whole process in a relaxed, festive environment, and you’ll leave with a beautiful 30cm living wreath that’s genuinely yours. Because it’s moss-based and built with live seasonal plants, your wreath will keep growing and last well beyond the festive season. Once winter’s over, you can remove the winter plants to replant in your garden and add spring bulbs to welcome the new season.
This class is suitable for ages 13+ (under 16s must attend with an adult). No wreath-making experience needed - just bring your creativity.
The class will cover:
Building your wreath frame
Working with moss as your base
Arranging live seasonal plants and foliage
Adding your own decorative touches
Caring for and replanting your wreath after the festive season
What’s included in the price
Frames, live seasonal plants and decorations to build your wreath
You’re also welcome to bring your own extra foliage, plug plants or personal decorations
